CLIENT WAIVER & RELEASE AGREEMENT
This Client Waiver & Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between AP Design House LLC (“Business”) and the undersigned individual (“Client” or “I”). By engaging in tailoring, alterations, bridal styling, and/or custom design services provided by the Business, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Acknowledgment of Services & Assumption of Risk
I understand that AP Design House LLC provides tailoring, alterations, bridal styling, and custom design services, which involve the handling, modification, and fitting of garments. I acknowledge that:
• Alterations and tailoring involve cutting, sewing, and restructuring garments, which may result in irreversible changes. Once a garment is altered, it cannot be restored to its original form.
• Styling services are subjective and based on professional recommendations, and the Business is not responsible for personal dissatisfaction with styling choices.
• There are no guarantees regarding fit, comfort, or final aesthetic outcomes, as these depend on the original garment, body changes, and personal preference.
• The Business is not responsible for damages to delicate fabrics, embellishments, or beading that may occur as part of the alteration or fitting process.
• The Client assumes all risks associated with garment alterations, including but not limited to fabric deterioration, unforeseen fitting issues, and garment wear over time.
2. Release of Liability
I hereby expressly waive, release, and discharge AP Design House LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates (“Releasees”) from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from:
• Any dissatisfaction with alterations, styling, or custom design services.
• Unintended fabric damage or unforeseen garment alterations.
• Issues arising from weight fluctuations or body changes after fittings.
• Recommendations made during styling consultations, including fit, accessories, and overall aesthetic choices.
I acknowledge that I am voluntarily engaging in these services and accept full responsibility for any risks or outcomes associated with my garment modifications and styling.
3. Payment, Refunds & Scheduling
• All payments are final and non-refundable once services have been rendered.
• Fittings and styling sessions must be scheduled in advance, and any rescheduling is subject to availability.
• Additional modifications or requests after the initial service may result in additional charges.
4. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, where the Business is primarily located. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
5. Agreement Acknowledgment
By engaging in services with AP Design House LLC, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to this Client Waiver & Release Agreement.
